Hypnosis
can be the first step to a hypnotherapy session, but it is not all there is. A hypnotist can help someone change their thoughts and feelings towards a behaviour, such as emotional eating, and it may help for a few days or weeks. But as soon as a trigger happens, the client will revert back to emotional eating and nothing will have really changed.
Hypnotherapy, however, uses hypnosis to gain access to the subconscious and find the crux of the problem. We then work on resolving that underlying cause so that even if a highly triggering event does occur, the client will not feel the need to revert.
Our hypnotherapists are certified and know what to do with the effective tool of hypnosis to best help clients long term.
